Security Focal Point (part-time/project security management function)

Provide advice on security related matters in Lebanon including: gathering information from other organizations and institutions, and representing Oxfam in security meetings with other agencies, institutions and authorities, and using this information to inform analysis and programme or movement planning.
Assist managers in developing and implementing security management systems in line with Oxfam Security Policy/OI Protocol; this may include design and implementation of a new security management system/procedure or review and modification of an existing system/procedure.
Act as Security Focal Point for Oxfam in Lebanon.
Support the development of strong context and risk analysis, developing a network with relevant stakeholders and building relationships with key actors.
Manage fleet and drivers, security clearances for field visits and staff movement board.
Responsible of all distributions in Lebanon taking into consideration security and Logistics points of views.
Promote and ensure that programmes respect the NGO/Red Cross Code of Conduct, SPHERE, the People in Aid Code, Oxfam International procedures and other regulatory codes. To ensure that all work is carried out in a way that is sensitive to gender and diversity issues.
